hopefully exceed clients investment criteria.
b) Assist seller in the disposition of their assets.
2)Assist buyers and sellers in the drafting or reviewing of
purchase contracts with its accompanying
addendum's and disclosures.
3) Manage the transaction
a) Forwarding income/expense and rental rolls, etc to
the client.
b) Assist in the schedule of any/all inspections
pertaining to the property (ie. Termite, structural)
c) Reviewing preliminary title report and other
title/escrow related documents.
d) Checking with the lender, who is overseeing the
loan originating, appraising and underwriting
process.
4) Closing the transaction.
a) Review closing settlement from title company.
b) Set appointment for client to sign closing
documents.
